  • Crush the entire package of Oreo Cookies. Mix the cream cheese (softened) in with the crushed Oreo Cookies. Refrigerate until firm, about an hour or so.
  • Shape into 1" balls. Refrigerate until firm, if needed.
  • Melt vanilla almond bark in microwave for 20 seconds at a time until melted completely. Coat each ball and place on wax paper in the refrigerator until hardened. Enjoy!!

    We make these all of the time, I find it's easier to mix the oreos and cream cheese in the food processor, they turn out creamier. We also drizzle them with dark almond bark.

    This was a big hit at a recent family gathering. I found that they taste best when served cold. Next time I think I may try adding a lot more cream cheese so that the inside of the balls aren't as cookie-like.
