  • Preheat oven as directed on cake box. Make your chocolate cake mix, mix your pudding separate. With a Ziploc bag and a rolling pin crush some Oreo cookies almost fine. Add the crushed Oreo cookies to pudding and mix well. Then add pudding mixture to cake mix and mix well. Then add the chocolate liqueur to the cake mixture and mix well. Then add your chocolate chunks.
  • Now spray your 2 round pans with cooking spray with flour but not too much or the cake will stick. Place the cake batter a little over half way in the pans. Let bake according to box instructions, and then cool on a wire rack for about 10 minutes.
  • Take the cakes out and cut the top to smooth it out. Then flip it over to where the top is the bottom. Now take your bottom cake and frost the top. Add the top cake to it then frost all the way around the cake and top. Add more crushed Oreo Cookies to the cake and then garnish with broken in half pieces of Oreo Cookies.


When you cut into that first piece it will be so moist and you will have such beautiful texture to your cake. When frosting a cake use 4 pieces of wax paper around it to give it a beautiful clean edge. Then take off the paper when done frosting. Also roll your chocolate chunks in a little bit of flour, that way they don't sink to the bottom of your cake.
