  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Mix together water and 1 cup Back to Nature Hi-Fiber Multibran Cereal, set aside.
  • Cream butter and sugars. Add beaten eggs, yogurt and bran mix (from above). Beat in spelt flour, whole wheat flour, 1 1/2 cups Back to Nature Hi-Fiber Multibran Cereal, wheat germ, salt, vanilla, baking soda, flax seed, and nutritional yeast. Fold in rolled oats and raisins.
  • Bake in greased muffin tins for 15 minutes.


*Can substitute 1/2 cup Crisco for butter Use organic ingredients for best flavor. Batter keeps for 6 weeks in the refrigerator. It is nice to just make a few as needed instead of having to make an entire batch.
