  • Break up romaine lettuce and put into a large bowl. Add mandarin oranges and chicken or shrimp, cut into bite size pieces. Add chow mein noodle, pepper rings, pea pods, and water chestnuts.
  • Toss all ingredients together and put into refrigerator for one hour.
  • Before serving, mix with Kraft Low-Fat Poppyseed Dressing. Serve on two individual plates topped with thin red onion slices. Enjoy.

This is a great lunch or summer dinner meal.
