  • To make the dressing, combine the canola oil, rice wine vinegar, sugar, salt & pepper. Mix well.
  • In a serving bowl, combine the coleslaw blend, toasted almonds, toasted sesame seeds & scallions. Pour dressing over the mixture and stir well.
  • Just before serving, mix in the broken Ramen noodles


Toasting Sesame Seeds: To toast sesame seeds, place them in a dry skillet over medium heat. Stir occasionally for a few minutes until they just begin to turn golden. Watch carefully to prevent burning. Remove from the heat and cool. Toasting Almonds: To toast almonds, spread them in a single layer in a baking pan. Bake at 350° F for 8 to 10 minutes, or until lightly toasted stirring occasionally.

    Loved this one to take to a neighborhood dinner. It's convient to have the ingredients on hand. Just have to remember to buy the fresh cole slaw pkg. After sharing with neighbors, I had to go home and copy the recipe for the girls. I put in the noodles & dressing just before serving. Delicious.
