  • In a large bowl, mix together the scallions, coleslaw, almonds, sunflower seeds, and ramen noodles.
  • In a salad dressing shaker, add the dressing ingredients. If you don't have a dressing shaker, a container with a tight sealing lid will do just fine. Shake up the dressing for about one minute. Right away pour over slaw and mix.
  • Refrigerate before serving if desired.

Notes

If you don't have beef flavored Ramen Noodles, chicken will work fine as well.

    Just wanted to add I pre-measure the almonds, noodles, sunflower seeds into a ziploc bag; make the dressing in a separate container, then just before serving toss everything together, then it stays crunchy.
