The amounts of spices and cheese can be varied to taste. I use lots of parmesan cheese, onion powder and garlic salt so that after it bakes each potato has a nice brown crust of cheese and spice on it.
I've found this is really good with a side of Kraft dressing like Catalina, Creamy French or Thousand Island to dip individual fries in. I have also mixed spices into 1/2 cup Miracle Whip and spread over potatoes before putting on parmesan to add a little extra zip.
