  • 1) Cook beef cubes until browned. Place cooked beef and all vegetables into a 13 by 9 inch casserole dish. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • 2) Sprinkle beef with onion soup mix. Spoon golden mushroom soup mix over top. Pour 1/2 soup can of water over top and cover with foil
  • 3) Bake in 425 degrees F oven for 60 to 90 minutes until veggies are cooked and soup has become a nice thick gravy.

Special Equipment Needed


Note: Check after 60 minutes...if more liquid is needed along with further cooking, add another 1/4 to 1/2 soup can of water being careful not to dilute too much. This recipe should resemble a plate of meat and gravy when done.
