  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In shallow bowl, whisk together honey and vinegar. Pour bread crumbs into separate bowl. Set bowls aside.
  • Spread oil over foil-lined baking pan large enough to hold all chicken pieces in one layer. Roll chicken pieces in honey mixture, then in bread crumbs; place in pan.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, or until cooked thoroughly.

    This chicken took longer in the oven than the recipe states and had bland taste and solely tasted of the olive oil. I will not make this again.

    This is a great easy versatile recipe. I can make it several nights a week and change up how i use it. Sometimes I use chicken fingers and chop those into a spinach-strawberry salad. I suggest marinating the chicken in the honey vinegar mix for at least 4 hours and I add Italian herbs to the bread crumbs. Quick and healthy. Child friendly too.
