  • Melt stick of margarine in 9x13 pan. Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon over butter. Place slices of bread to fit pan.
  • Mix remaining ingredients, pour over bread. Cover and put in fridge overnight.
  • Bake uncovered in morning at 350°F for 25-30 min.

    I made this recipe for Easter Brunch. I used 3 foil 9x13 pans. I cut some of the bread to fit the pan. Also I made 1 and 1/2 recipes. Finally, I toasted them up on a griddle.

    It tasted good but 12 slices of bread don't fit in the pan so I laid them on top of each other.Or were they suppose to be cut into pieces first?
