  • Mix flour, sour cream and butter. I use my hands as the dought is very stiff. Divide dough into 2 balls cover with plastic wrap and chill about 1 hour.
  • On a floured surface press 1 ball out as flat as you can with your hands making sure it is not sticking to your surface. Roll out with a floured pin as thin as you can get it. Cover top with egg wash and sprinkle with sugar (the more sugar the better) Then cut into large sections about the size of a playing card or a little bigger. I use a pizza cutter. Lift off of surface with a spatula put onto a cookie sheet.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F for about 12 minutes. They will puff up. Don't under bake them. Remove to a cooling rack.

These are very addicting make plenty. You can also make these with Heavy Whipping Cream.
