  • Place the chicken breasts in a non stick baking dish. Cut the lemon in half, squeeze one half of the lemon over both chicken breasts. Sprinkle the lemon pepper and pepper on both breasts.
  • In a small sauce pan, melt the butter and garlic. After melted, squeeze the other lemon half into the sauce and mix well. Pour the butter mixture over the chicken breasts.
  • Cover with foil, cutting a small slit in the center for breathing room. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Then uncover, bake for about another 1-1/2 hours. You want the skin to get a nice golden brown.
  • Service the chicken on a plate, pour the butter from the bottom of the baking dish into a dipping cup. This butter sauce makes a fantastic buttery dipping sauce for the chicken.
