  • Preheat oven for 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, mix peaches, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Transfer the mixture in an ungreased pan.
  • Crumble the sugar cookie dough on top of the peaches thickly and evenly.
  • Bake uncovered for about 45 minutes. The cookie crust will be golden and juices bubble thickly. Serve warm with ice cream.

With this recipe you can use whatever fruit that you want, (fresh, frozen, canned) it turns our perfect every time. The secret is the sugar cookie dough. It is not as sweet as you may think. Everything balances out. ENJOY!
