  • 1. In a medium bowl mix together eggs, milk, flour, salt, oil, and vanilla until well mixed. Cover and refrigerate for one hour.
  • 2. Heat skillet over medium heat and spray pan with vegetable oil. Pour 1/4 of batter into pan and rotate the pan until the batter completely covers the pan. Cut the peach into small bites and put over batter while it cooks. After 4-5 min fold the crepe in half and cook it for 2 minutes then flip the crepe so it cooks on its other side for 2 minutes.
  • 3. Take powdered sugar and dust the crepe and put about 1/2 Tbsp. of cinnamon-sugar mixture on top. Take about 1/2-1 Tbsp. caramel and put over crepe.
  • 4. Repeat with remaining batter.


You can always replace the peaches with your favorite fruit. You can always have more caramel and sugar-cinnamon mixure on crepes.
