  • Butter a 9x13 pan. Coat bottom of pan with about 1/4 of the box of dry cake mix. Drain the juice off the can of peaches into a cup (save juice) arrange peaches over the dry mix in pan. Sprinkle with sugar season with cinnamon to taste cover peaches with the remaining cake mix.
  • Melt butter or margarine. Pour peach juice over cake mix. Moisten as much of the dry mix as possible. Pour melted butter or margarine evenly over mix.
  • Bake in a preheated 350 degrees F oven for 50 min to 1 hour.


Optional, sprinkle 1/2 cups of pecans over dry mix before baking. Best served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
