  • Puree peaches in blender. With electric mixer, blend: cake mix, oil, eggs and puree peaches. Pour batter into two greased and floured 8 or 9 inch round cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and put cakes in refrigerator for cooling.
  • Prepare icing while cakes are cooling: Mix together in large bowl the Cool Whip, pudding and crushed pineapples. Remove cooled cakes from refrigerator, icing cake layers. Cake must be kept in refrigerator.

Notes

Very easy to make. Light and refreshing on a hot summer day.
