  • Mix together in a large mixing bowl, softened cream cheese with peanut butter with mixer on medium speed until mixed some. Then slowly add confectioners' sugar while still mixing. Use a spatula to keep it off the sides. Add Cool Whip, milk and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
  • Pour into pie shell.
  • Refrigerate at least 2 - 2 1/2 hrs. or freeze. Cuts better when lightly frozen.


Always make sure you use PURE VANILLA. Can be kept frozen if covered good for a week or two, so you'll have it if unexpected company arrives.

    I'll try peanut butter cups in it next time that sound good.I love peanut butter.

    This is wonderful but I add chopped up peanut butter cups in the pie and also on top.
