  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Bring oleo/butter, water, and peanut butter to a boil. Combine remaining dry ingredients, and then add wet mixture along with buttermilk, vanilla, and eggs to it. Mix all ingredients well.
  • Pour onto greased cookie sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
  • Meanwhile make icing: Bring oleo/butter, peanut butter, and milk to a boil, and then remove off stove. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Spread icing over hot cake.

Notes

Easy to make, keeps well, and is very moist.
