  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine butter, pecans, and thyme in small bowl. Arrange salmon fillets on baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Divide pecan mixture over fillets, covering top completely, and pressing lightly to adhere.
  • Bake fish until fish is just cooked through, about 15 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

Steamed asparagus and rice pilaf make a great side dish.
