  • 1. Slice chicken breast into fillets (thin or thick, your preference).
  • 2. Sprinkle garlic powder and salt on both sides of the chicken fillet.
  • 3. Beat 2 eggs in a bowl and put the chicken fillets in the bowl and cover them well with the egg mixture.
  • 4. Put 1 cup of bread crumbs in a plate and cover each egg covered fillet with the bread crumbs (cover both sides of the chicken).
  • 5. Cover the bottom of the deep skillet or fry pan with ½ - 1 in. of oil and heat it on the stove at a medium setting.
  • 6. Once the oil is hot with the stove still on the medium setting, fry the chicken fillet on each side until the bread crumbs look golden yellow to golden brown (about 3-5 minutes per side).
  • 7. Remove each fillet when it is done and place it on a plate large enough for all of them.
  • 8. Serve and Enjoy!

Special Equipment Needed


Serve as a main dish or make it into a sandwich using a loaf of French bread. Also, cheese can be melted on top for the ultimate sandwich experience. Can be served cold or hot, either way, it's GREAT!
