  • Mix cans of peas, tomato soup, tomato paste, bag of frozen vegetables, jar of tomatoes, stew mix and beans. Stir until mixed.
  • Peel potatoes then dice. Peel onions and dice. Then put both in pot with enough water just to cover and also add can of beef broth. Boil until potatoes start to get tender.
  • Add everything to slow cooker. Season with salt and pepper. Let slow cook 6 to 10 hours on high, then let slow cook on low till done. Top soup with Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese.

Special Equipment Needed


If like to make thicker add more vegetables and more tomato paste. Some like it a little sweet, so add 1/3 cup sugar. If too thick, add more beef broth. We like just the vegetables we added, you can add vegetables you like. I like to boil my potatoes and onions with beef broth and a little water, taste more like the potatoes were cooked with a roast. We like to top each bowl with cheddar cheese.
