  • Wash peppers, cut off stems. Cut down one side, remove seeds. Drizzle with olive oil, and salt. Bake 15 minutes at 400°F, or till tender.
  • Take 1 sheet of phyllo dough and butter 1/2 and fold over. Repeat 5 times. Place peppers on dough long wise, 1" from sides. Fill peppers with cheese. Roll dough over peppers and roll up. Butter seams. Drizzle with spicy hot garlic oil. Sprinkle with garlic powder on top.
  • Place in 375°F oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

Any cheese can be used. I like small mild peppers - yellow, red, orange color.
