  • PREHEAT oven to 375. Brown meat. While meat is cooking, mix cream cheese, 1/2 cup mozzarella, 1/2 cup Parmesan, ricotta and Italian seasoning. Drain meat and add to cheese mixture.
  • STUFF manicotti shells with approximately 1/2 cup of meat mixture per shell. Place in casserole dish. Pour spaghetti sauce over stuffed shells, and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and parmesan.
  • BAKE 30 minutes or until cheese melted and sauce bubbling around edges.

Special Equipment Needed


Manicotti is easiest to stuff by hand with a small spoon. If the noodles rip, just place them seam side down in the casserole dish so they'll be easier to scoop out when ready to eat. It's also just as easy to slice one side of a noodle, wrap it around the meat mixture and place seam side down instead of trying to stuff. But stuffing the noodles looks prettier and is more fun to eat!
