  • Beat cream cheese, butter, margarine, sugar and eggs until creamy. Then add flour, vanilla and baking soda. Beat until batter is creamy.
  • Pour into a Bundt pan.
  • Cook for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350 degrees F.

Notes

May serve with ice cream are fresh fruits.

    The only thing I would change about this recipe is the amount of margarine/butter used. I would just use 3 sticks of butter instead of 1 butter and 3 margarine. My friends and family really liked it.
