  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Take stick of butter and place it into the bottom of a 13x9x2-inch pan (glass looks pretty!) Then place just the butter and pan into oven. Let boil. While you are waiting on the butter to boil, move on to the next step.
  • Mix flour and sugar together with spoon so the flour becomes more fine. This makes it easier to mix in the milk without a lot of clumps. Mix in milk with flour and sugar with either mixer or spoon. Mix on low until most clumps are gone. Take pan out of the oven if butter is boiling. Pour mixture in the center of the pan so that the butter surrounds the mixture. Spread peaches all over mixture.
  • Place pan back into oven for approximately 18 minutes or until it browns on top. When done let sit for approx. 5 minutes then serve. Best with vanilla ice cream on top.

Notes

Vanilla ice cream is delicious on top of it.
