  • Preheat oven to 400 F. In a frying pan, saute peppers, onions, garlic and 1/2 tsp. oregano until crisp-tender (about 4 minutesa0.
  • Unroll 1 pizza crust on lightly floured surface. Press or roll into 12 x 9 rectangle; cover with half the meat, cheese and veggie mixture. Roll up and press seam to seal. Repeat with remaining crust and filling ingredients.
  • Place rolls seam-side down on baking sheet (I use a pizza pan) and join ends, pressing to seal. Combine egg white and water, brush onto dough and sprinkle with remaining oregano.
  • Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden. Let stand 5-10 minutes before cutting.


This is SOOOOOO GOOD!!! Most of the time spent preparing is baking and standing time; it takes very little effort. I like to double the amount of roast beef to make it a little heartier. Yummy!
