  • Combine all ingredients except frozen fruit in a strong blender or smoothie-making machine.
  • Add half the fruit. Starting on low speed, blend ingredients, working towards high speed.
  • Add remaining fruit bit by bit. Blend until smooth. Add additional milk if needed to keep mixture turning. Add sweetener to taste.

Notes

1-2 Tbsp. "ground" flaxseed may be added if desired but grind to powder. Additional milk was added to suit our tastes. *Organic is best but not necessary.
