This goes well with ham loaf or baked ham - I have served it at several brunches and always have request for the recipe. Nice and light and tasty!!

This recipe is foolproof! I have been making it for years, and it is always a hit. It is simple and versatile--it's good hot, cold, or at room temperature. Once when I had unknowingly run out of flour, I used 3T of pancake mix, and it still turned out great.
