  • Beat softened cream cheese and condensed milk in a large bowl with an electric beater on medium speed until smooth. Add whipped topping; mix until fluffy.
  • Add drained pineapple, pecans, and lemon juice. Lemon juice will stiffen mixture. Pour mixture into graham cracker crust; spread evenly.
  • Refrigerate for 4 hours or until pies are firm.


Other fruits can substitute for pineapple such as strawberries or cherries. Shaved almonds may also replace pecans. You may also mix strawberries, cherries, and pineapple; and use almonds with these fruits. Also garnish top of pie with almonds.

    this is 1 of my fav,i tried it back a few years ago and ever since i made it,i manly make it on the holidays cause its a pie that doesnt stya round here long...

    I made this because it sounded pretty good from the ingredients listed. It was superb! Everyone raved about how good it was. I'm making it again this year!
