  • Cut the end of the pineapple off about 1/2-2 inches away from the top (with the leaves) and then in half, then quarters.
  • After that you cut out the core, and cut the pineapple away from the skin or rind. When there is no rind, or skin left on the pineapple cut the pineapple into small bite size pieces.
  • Put the Ice-cream into bowls and stick back into the freezer.
  • Put the pineapple and sugar into a large skillet and turn on HIGH heat. After the pineapple starts to brown, turn off the skillet, and put how much pineapple desired onto the ice-cream. Serve Immediately.


To make this recipe sugar free, substitute sugar free vanilla ice-cream and Equal in for the sugar and vanilla ice cream. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE EQUAL DOES NOT BROWN!!!
