This recipe was given to me in the early 80s when I was taking a gourmet cooking class. I made a change to the original recipe and have been making this delicious dessert since the 80's.
This is a really quick and delicious and light dessert, and it is best prepared ahead of time. I have found over the years that light/low fat ingredients does not work well for this recipe, at least to me. It leaves an after taste.
