  • Place the Lebanese bread on a foil sheet. Apply olive oil on the whole of the base of the bread and spread it evenly. Place chopped tomatoes, chopped onions, and chopped sausages in the same manner.
  • Cover it with KRAFT Parmesan cheese, KRAFT Cheddar Cheese, oregano, pepper and red chili flakes and salt if needed. Pour some olive oil on top of this layer.
  • Put it in the oven on 400°F (200°C) for 10 minutes. Remove when cheese melts and the base seems crisp and serve.


One can omit the red chili flakes, if one does not want it spicy. You could also use brown Lebanese or whole wheat bread, but make sure it’s in the form of a tortilla.
