  • Add 1 tsp. margarine to frying pan. Open package of Italian style ready to eat oven roasted chicken strips, cook half package of chicken till heated.
  • Add 3 cups of baby spinach leaves into a large size bowl; cut cucumber into 1/4 slice chunks; cut mushrooms into thin slices; cut 2 tomatoes into 1/4 size chunks; cut 1/4 onion into small strips or small chunks.
  • Add all ingredients including crumble bacon bits & parmesan. Add sundried tomato dressing & enjoy!


Quick & easy, healthy, spinach leaves are full of iron, chicken adds protein, nutritious & the sundried tomato dressing adds flavour! The time is about accurate but the amount overall may equal out to either more or less.
