  • Preheat skillet to medium-high heat. Combine ground beef, egg, rice, 1 can tomato sauce, 1/2 can of tomato soup, and salt and pepper in a mixing bowl until well blended. Form into 1 inch diameter balls. Place meatballs in skillet, carefully turning to brown on each side.
  • Combine remaining can of tomato sauce, tomato soup, and Worcestershire sauce in a separate bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour over meatballs in skillet. Turn meatballs to coat with sauce. Reduce heat to medium and cover. Cook for about 15 minutes or until meatballs are brown in center.

    These are wonderful. Made them for supper and my hubby and 2 kids (11 & 5) gobbled them up w/ mashed potatoes. No left-overs! This is being added to our Family Favorites and will a much-requested meal I'm sure. Thanks so much!
