  • In a large bowl, mix ground beef, rice, onion, salt and pepper together. Form the mixture into balls approximately 1-1/2" diameter each. Place meat balls in a 2 quart pot.
  • Mix soup and water together, pour over the meatballs in the pot; stir. Let mixture come to a boil; reduce heat and cover.
  • Gently stir occasionally; remove from heat after 50-60 minutes - or when rice is done - and serve.

Notes

One of our family favorites, we usually have green beans and a fresh lettuce/veggie salad with this.

    Very good recipe - I added a few extra spices & such because being pregnant my taste buds are set to bland!! But otherwise great! My husband loved, kids, not so much...but I thought was wonderful! Thanks for sharing! Laura from SD! :)
