  • Put the first 5 items into a bowl and mix together with your hands. Make 1" round meatballs and put them into a skillet with oil. Brown on all sides (approx. 10 to 15 minutes).
  • Mix the 2 cans of soup and milk in a bowl. Drain the excess oil in the skillet. Add the soup mixture and bring to a boil. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes on simmer.
  • Boil the 2 cups of water for the rice in a sauce pan. Cook as instructed on the box.
  • Pour the meatballs over a plate of rice.

    This recipe is very good if you add garlic powder, nutmeg, marjoram, thyme, and Tony's creole seasoning to the meatballs. I also added one large egg to make the meatballs stick together more. To the soup and milk, I added garlic powder and onion powder. Everyone in the family loved it!!
