  • Mix bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and parsley in a shallow bowl and set aside.
  • Dip chops in flour, then in egg, and then dredge in bread crumb mixture.
  • Melt butter in a large skillet and brown chops. Reduce heat, cover and cook for 3 minutes on each side. Remove cover and continue cooking till chops are completely cooked. Season with salt and pepper.


Serve with butter noodles or rice and a vegetable. Additional Tablespoon of butter may be needed.
