  • Salt & pepper chops. Baste each pork chop with mustard then coat well with flour.
  • Heat oil in large skillet. Brown pork chops on each side just until golden brown. Transfer chops to a 9 x 13" baking dish.
  • Pour chicken broth over pork chops and add sliced onion. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
  • Remove chops from baking dish. Whisk the sour cream throughly with the chicken broth. Place chops back into the sour cream mixture and serve.


This recipe creates the moisted, most tender chops you'll ever eat. Taste great red skin potatoes and your favorite vegetable or salad. Butterfly pork chops can also be used.

    Oh my gosh this was an awesome recipe. The pork chops were so tender. My husband loves mustard so this had just the right amount of the flavor. I will surely make this recipe at another time. It's going in my recipe folder right now!

    This recipe made the most tender pork chops I have ever made. It was also very flavorful and my kids loved it. Served with red potatoes covered in the sour cream sauce and a vegetable - yum!
