  • Salt & pepper chops. Baste each pork chop with mustard then coat well with flour.
  • Heat oil in large skillet. Brown pork chops on each side just until golden brown. Transfer chops to a 9 x 13" baking dish.
  • Pour chicken broth over pork chops and add sliced onion. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
  • Remove chops from baking dish. Whisk the sour cream throughly with the chicken broth. Place chops back into the sour cream mixture and serve.
