  • Brown pork chops on both sides. Slice onion, tomato, and bell pepper into thin slices.
  • Place one slice of each on top of each pork chop, sprinkle rice over all. Cover with water.
  • Cover and turn heat to low. Cook for 1 hour.

I use an electric skillet for this recipe.
