My primary reason for entering this recipe is to pass on to everyone how I discovered the "BEST" coating ever for pork cutlets. I'm a bachelor and I took a couple of nice cutlets out of the freezer before leaving for work one morning. I planned on coming home, making a salad, frying the cutlets and sitting down with a good glass of wine to a tasty meal. Well, when I returned home I searched through my pantry and discovered that I had no coating mix -- not even regular flour. Necessity being the mother of invention, I spied a box of Kraft Stove Top Stuffing Mix (Savory Herbs) hidden on a back shelf of the pantry. Noting that the mix was kind of chunky & lumpy to use as a coating, I popped it into my blender and buzzed it on high speed for about 20 seconds. This turned out to be the absolute best coating I have ever used. I have since discovered that it is equally as delicious when frying fish and chicken.
