  • Preheat oven to 325. Peel and slice potatoes about 1/8 thick.
  • Place a couple of Tablespoons of sauerkraut in bottom of baking dish. Place meat in one layer next. Put potatoes in one layer on top. Place the remainder of the sauerkraut on top. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add enough water just to cover all ingredients.
  • Place in oven or turn slow cooker on high for 3 hours.

Notes

You can use any type of chop or pieces of pork. It will come out fork tender and will melt in your mouth. Tastes good with a little side dish of apple sauce. Mmmm good
