  • HEAT large skillet, add 1 Tbsp. cooking oil on medium heat. Add diced onion and diced jalapeno pepper and sauté until light brown. Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, curry powder and salt. After few minutes, add mashed potatoes. Mix well with a big spatula.
  • REMOVE from heat. Let it cool. Make 6 burgers.
  • SPREAD bun with MIRACLE WHIP Dressing; top with lettuce; top with tomato, burger, onion, ketchup, tomato, lettuce and top half of bun.

Notes

Healthy and very tasty. Variations: Mixed Vegetables can be used with potatoes like green beans, carrots, peas etc. Mixed vegetables must be boiled before making burgers.
