  • Boil the potatoes in the water add salt to its flavor, for 20 minutes. Drain them, crush them and add butter, egg, cornstarch and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Mix and leave to rest in the refrigerator until chilling.
  • Divide the mixture of potato in 10 parts. Cover well the palms of the hand with cornstarch. Extend on this part of the mixture. Pressure the center with the fingers to form a hole. Place a little mixture of chicken or meat and cover it with the mixture. To avoid the mixture be stick to the hand, powdered with cornstarch as many times that it’s necessary.
  • Fry in abundant vegetable oil until the backfill remain golden.
