  • Cook potatoes with skin on. When done, put them in cold water so they cool off faster or cook them the day before.
  • Cut onion real fine, the same with the green onion. Peel apples and cut in small pieces. Take all this and put in a big bowl. Then take potatoes, remove the skin, and cut in small pieces. Add to bowl.
  • Then open your cans off ham, drain juice, and with a fork make ham loose. Add to bowl and mix it a little. Then add your spices first, mix a little, and then add your mayo. Mix well and then taste. Add more spices to taste. Add more mayo to taste.
  • Put in the fridge for approx. 20 minutes. Serve with toast or French bread if you like. Have yourself a nice meal.
