  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place potatoes on cookie sheet, poke holes with fork, and place in preheated oven for 45 minutes or until soft.
  • Remove potatoes and cut in half. Remove half of potato by scooping out with spoon; be sure to leave at least half of the potato on the skin.
  • With remaining potato, top with bacon bits and cheese. Place in oven until cheese is melted and potatoes are slightly crispy. Remove, top with sour cream, and enjoy.

Special Equipment Needed


You can use the leftover potatoes for other recipes or you can top with leftover bacon, cheese, and sour cream and enjoy skinless potato skins!
