If you really want a wow factor, when you serve these, you can take a little extra time and a little toothpick... Once they are cooked, poke a hole in the top of each piece with the toothpick and make a circular motion to slightly widen the hole. Break apart a stem of rosemary so that it is a bunch of about 1 inch of stems with little leaves at the top. Almost like little trees... Take then stem side and carefully put one down into each of the holes you made. If the rosemary is too fresh and bendy in the stem area, you can bake your little trees for 5 minutes at 350 degrees F to dry and strengthen.
I have found that truffle oils are least expensive at Trader Joes.
