  • Mix first 6 ingredients (in a stand mixer is best). Add oats and mix well. Then add remaining items in any combination, equaling 4 cups.
  • Pat into an 11.5 x 15 pan and chill 1 hour.
  • Then cut into 30 bars, or roll into 30 balls and refrigerate in a single layer on a cookie sheet, then place in a covered container and keep stored in fridge.
