  • Finely chop the onions, jalapenos and cilantro - 2 min.
  • Grease a deep saute pan with the oil and heat it the oil in a slow fire. Fry the finely chopped onions along with the jalapenos on slow fire for about 2-3 min.
  • Now beat the eggs, milk and the salt and add this to the saute pan. Just mix it twice immediately to spread the onions and jalapenos in the beaten egg. Cover the pan and cook on slow fire for about 7 min or till it raises or the bottom portion of the egg is cooked.
  • Then slowly release the sides and try turning the cooked egg mixture without breaking it or can break it into 2 or 4 pieces. Allow the other side to cook for about 5-6 min. Garnish with chopped cilantro.

Special Equipment Needed


Variation: Ground pepper powder can be used instead of jalapenos. Cilantro can be added while the onions are added. This gives a different taste to it.
