  • Mix softened butter, flour, brown sugar, 1 tsp. cinnamon, and oats until crumbly. Place along the crest of a greased bundt pan and press up the center sides of the pan.
  • Mix 1/4 cup cinnamon and white sugar in a bowl. After the bread dough has thawed (about 3 hours), but before it has risen, begin pinching off 1-2 tablespoon pieces of dough from the loaf. Roll these pieces into balls, coat with melted butter, and roll in cinnamon and sugar mixture. Begin pressing onto the streusel until the bundt pan is 3/4 of the way full. Top with remaining streusel mixture.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes. Remove from pan and let cool for two hours before serving. Upon serving, make sure guests know that this is a pull apart cake, and that no cutting is required!

Special Equipment Needed


This is a great crowd pleaser. Occasionally, I will top this cake with a vanilla glaze, or place a bowl of glaze or icing in the middle of the bundt for dipping individual pieces.
