  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix the dry ingredients with a whisk. Mix wet ingredients, then add to dry. Combine thoroughly, then mix in the chocolate chips.
  • Pour into a greased Bundt pan.
  • Bake for 1 hour, 15 min.

Notes

Check it after 1 hour, you may not need the extra 15 minutes baking time. This is very popular at my house for a winter snack or breakfast!
